Why she inspires me: I have this memory from when I was young of bringing our tiny b&w tv set into my room one evening while the rest of the family was downstairs watching something else. I was seeking alone time. One of the only channels that came in was a live concert of Dolly and I was just mesmerized. As I got older, she continued to light up my world whenever I saw her perform in anything. I have always adored her. Her spirit, kindness, and integrity.
