There are two steps to complete your booking on the above knitting tour, hosted by KnittingTours.com on 2nd October 2023. Please note that your departure from USA should be no later than 1st October 2023. Pre & Post Tour Arrangements are available if required.

2. Provide us with a credit card number out of which 20% of the total cost per person will be taken within 48 hours with the remainder charged 60 days before departure.

Special Diets: For safety reasons it is very important that all dietary requirements, food allergies etc. are communicated to our staff in advance of travel, so that passengers are not presented with foods which may cause allergic reaction. It may be difficult for us to accommodate special food requests once the tour has started, so we must know well before the departure date of any special requests.
Passengers necessitating unique attention must advise the KnittingTours.com at time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate passengers with specific needs but we are not responsible for denial of services by any of our suppliers.
Additional Terms & Conditions:
Any price quoted in a currency other than Euro is based on the rate of exchange on the date the quotation is sent and is an indication only. We will collect all moneys in Euro which guarantees the price, subject to any government tax changes.
Our Cancellation Policy
60 days or longer
59 – 31 days prior to arrival into Ireland 30 days or less prior to arrival into Ireland

In the event of a cancellation, we will be happy to provide you with the relative documentation for any travel insurance claims arising out of the cancellation.
All cancellations must be advised in writing and must be received in our office on a working day, Monday – Friday inclusive, prior to 5.00pm Irish time. Changes made to the itinerary within 21 days of arrival in Ireland may be charged Euro 20 administration fee.
Travel Insurance
We urge you to purchase cancellation insurance & supplemental medical coverage (which covers pre existing conditions). This is a smart way to safeguard against life’s surprises.
